Privacy Policy — A Guy and a Bucket CRM
A Guy and a Bucket (“we,” “our,” or “the company”) uses an internal customer relationship management tool (“the App”) to manage customer information, job scheduling, quotes, and invoicing for our window and exterior cleaning services. This App is built for internal company use only and is not distributed, sold, or made available to the public or other businesses.
Information We Collect
The App stores information customers provide directly, including:
- Name, address, phone number, and email address
- Job and service details, including requested services, scheduling, and notes
- Quote, invoice, and payment status
How We Use This Information
Information is used solely to schedule and perform requested cleaning services, generate and send quotes and invoices, process payments through QuickBooks Online, communicate with customers, and maintain business records.
How Information Is Stored and Shared
Customer information is stored in a private, access-restricted Google Sheet and synced with QuickBooks Online for invoicing and payment processing. We do not sell customer information. We do not share it with a third party except QuickBooks Online (Intuit) as necessary to generate and send estimates and invoices and to process payments.
Data Retention
Customer and job records are retained as part of standard business recordkeeping for as long as necessary for accounting, tax, and customer-service purposes.
No electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the business.
End User License Agreement
This App is proprietary internal software developed for and used exclusively by A Guy and a Bucket, a Prescott Enterprises LLC company, to manage its customer relationships, scheduling, quoting, and invoicing.
Permitted Use
The App is licensed for internal use by authorized A Guy and a Bucket personnel only. It is not licensed, sold, sublicensed, or otherwise made available to any third party, business, or member of the public.
Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the App remain with A Guy and a Bucket and Prescott Enterprises LLC.
Third-Party Services
The App integrates with QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.) for invoicing and payment processing, subject to Intuit’s own terms of service and privacy policy.
No Warranty
The App is provided as-is for internal business use, without warranty of any kind.
